Key Responsibilities
Setting up of Calibration of Laboratory
Daily Calibration productivity improvement and achieving target.
New Calibration up-gradation
NABL (ISO 17025) documentation and system audits.
Attending customer enquiries and complaints

Job Description
Supervise and provide support to team to achieve daily target with quality.
Operational efficiency improvement and cost reduction.
Guide team to achieve productivity as per yearly/ Quarterly/ Monthly Plan
Provide training to team to up-gradate their knowledge.
Documentation with reference to ISO standards.
Maintenance and Up-gradation of calibration capabilities
Ensuring expected level of quality and creating quality awareness
Motivate Engineer to increase performance levels.
Handling of customer complaints and feedback
Liaison with other departments for smooth operation.
New Calibration facility development and up-gradation of existing techniques

Qualification Details
Essential Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation Engg
Preferred Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation Engg
Experience Details
Essential Experience: 04 Years
Preferred Experience: Candidate worked in similar profile with other accredited calibration laboratory/ Industry.
Special Skill
Essential :
Should have worked in managerial capacity for at least 2 years.
Should be able to manage multiple priorities and assignments
?Should have good communication skills.
Command over English, Hindi.
Should have understanding of metrological principles/calibration practices
In depth knowledge of the laboratory management systems (ISO17025) and NABL accreditation
Calibration and repairing knowledge
Preferred :
Should have good industrial knowledge.
Successfully completed course of Internal Quality Auditor for ISO/IEC 17025 and calibration awareness program.
Should have worked in managerial capacity for at least 2 years.
