Position: Vehicle Integration
Level: Team Lead/ Sr. Engineer
1. Responsible for integrating various aggregates and providing feedbacks for changes/ optimization
2. Responsible for integrating upgraded aggregate to rest of the vehicle minimising the design changes to other aggregates
3. Responsible for lay outing engine perhiperals integrating them to rest of the vehicle
4. Complete Component Level, System Level & Vehicle Level DMU creation and Analysis (Static / Dynamic)
5. Integration of all the systems putting together digitally & check for the clash / clearances / fouling / Mtg strategy check
6. Independent Design Audit of system from packaging / integration point of view and optimizing the space claim
7. Technical Support to DFA, DFM, DFAM, SAM reviews (jointly with module leader and DFA team)
8. Participation in Design Verification through CAE and physical validation
9. CFT Member DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP
10. Build Support & Issue Resolution
11. Responsible for design of chassis components and releasing them through PLM systems after CFT approval and tolerance stack up
12. Leading the technical team to accomplish the assign task within the defined timeline and quality

1. Have worked in the area of Vehicle Integration preferably on commercial vehicle or bus platform
2. Experience with Truck/CV OEM would be preferred.
3. Specific Expertise of working in Engine intergration to the chassis and layouting engine peripherals will be preferred
4. Should have experience to make design decisions (space claim), bring design ideas ( creative problem solving)
5. Shall have basic knowledge of statutory requirements and standards of commercial products
6. Working Knowledge of product development process like DFM, DFA, DFMEA, PFMEA, DOE, DVP&R and exposure to mfg processes.
7. Must have good proficiency in design calculation, systems design, GD&T, Tol Stackup, Material selection and design releases.
8. Must have experience of leading the team of design engineers to complete the assigned task within allocated timeline
9. Software knowledge Pro-E is essential. Additional knowledge of Catia would be valuable
10. Good decision making, communication skills, team management skills, engagement skills, presentation skills
11. Must have professional attitude and decorum and understand the sense of ownership & urgency
12. Must be flexible to travel for short/long term on project requirement
