Job Description
1. Responsible for coordination of all Spare Parts for manufacturing equipment. Will interact with internal maintenance and engineering associates to develop Spare Parts Lists and identify the spare parts requirements for inventory to support ongoing and new equipment startups. Also responsible for maintenance of all drawings needed for custom made spare parts, this includes inspection and verification of parts upon receipt.
2. Fast reaction upon inquiry and provide quotation.
3. Plans, Replenishes, Orders and ensures availability of needed materials completely and timely for daily use
4. Manage Inventory of Spare Parts.
5. Ensures compliance on stock level limit for continuous items and full consumption for non-continuous items.
6. Assist in the timely preparation of all deliverables to allow turnover to Operation according to agreement with the customer
7. Secure good communication between disciplines in the project, within engineering, procurement, commissioning and Operation
8. Assist the lead for the turnover of spares data to operations in a timely manner
9. Liaise with procurement and logistics in monitoring spares progress and deliveries
10. Update customers proactively for the delivery status.
11. Ensure spare parts are procurable within short time and affordable price with quality Develop process to maximize efficiency of spare parts performance.

- Requires an outstanding ability to interact with customers with diverse backgrounds.
- Read, write, and speak fluent English.

- Requires ability to perform well during periods of emergency.
- Must exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Require basic computer operating skills. SAP exposure will be an added advantage.
